Wherever you are in charge of a group in science or industrial business it is helpful to be aware of the principles of effective leadership. This includes a sound understanding of your role and some knowledge about the specific culture of your organisation.
In daily work you should be able to act according to your tasks as a leader and apply the instruments of good organisation and communication with care. Then you can inspire your fellows and reach targets in good atmosphere!

Learning results:

Via input, dialog and exercises you will improve your skills to

  • Overview the various conditions and challenges you and your team members are faced with
  • Motivate and support each person according to the each one’s behaviour visible at work
